特にこの２〜３年、自分では「面白い」と思えない方向への修正を繰り替えさせられて、その上で「これは面白いです」と私に言わせないと納得しない人の下で働かされて、ちょっとずつ疲れが溜まっていったんだと思います。

修正だけなら、仕事ですからそういうものだと割り切れましたが、常に、ちょっとした意見でも、仕事の内容でも、「あなたの言う通りにしたら面白くなりました。私が間違っていました。感謝しています」と表明することを強要され、「言うことが聞けないなら、お前には仕事は与えない」と言われ続けた、数年間。

その人の善意に、心がやられていったのでしょう。

確かに、あれは善意でした。

私の心がくじけるにつれ、その人は嬉しそうに「やっとお前もわかったのか」と心から微笑んでいたので。
